At Lar de Paula, quality is guaranteed from the source. We work exclusively with grapes from vines over 40 years old, grown in selected plots in Elvillar, Laguardia, Crip\u00e1n, and Lanciego. The harvest is done manually in small boxes to keep the fruit in perfect condition. Grape Selection and Destemming<\/span><\/span><\/div>

In the winery, each grape passes through a double selection table to ensure that only the best continue the process. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature to preserve the fresh aromas of the grape and obtain elegant tannins. The wines selected for aging rest in oak barrels, mainly French.
